Dana has worked at Woodlands Elite since 2002, when we first opened our doors. She started as the front desk girl and is now the Office and Accounting Director. She loves Chick-Fil-A, is happily married to Clint and is actively looking for a new dog. She thinks that working with all the original owners and staff members, making what Woodlands Elite is today, is her greatest accomplishment.

Kevin is the Woodlands Elite All-Star Director and has been coaching for 23 years, going on year 21 with Woodlands Elite. I have coached everything level 1 – 6 and Open/International divisions. I love to workout in the mornings. I have 3 dogs, Duke, Darla & Dakota. I got married October 17th, 2015 to Emily Tonner and we have one daughter Alexa Tonner! We love to travel as a family and explore wherever we can go! Fun Fact: I was born In England and am still a British Citizen!

Jessica is a graduate from the University of Oklahoma where she cheered for the Sooners for 4 years. She did UCA high school and college staff, UCA core staff and UCA international staff where she traveled the world teaching the sport of cheer. She has been with WE since 2010 and is currently one of the All Star Directors at the Oak Ridge location. Jessica is married to her amazing husband and has 1 little girl who is basically her mini me. Fun fact; she has won an NCA title at each level 1-6 and is a 2021 World Champion.

Ali is from Albuquerque, New Mexico, where she cheered competitively for 13 years. She is also an NCA Staffer going on 3 years and is working to get her judging membership in Deductions for All-Star cheer. Ali is one of our Activities Coordinators, and is always happy to help as she loves meeting new people and sharing her love for the sport of cheer! Her hobbies include stunting, working out, reading, and spending some time with her dog Steve-O. Ali lives by her motto “Meraki” which means to do something with soul, creativity or love- when you put “something of yourself” into your work, whatever it may be.

Ariana grew up in a small town and started her journey in competitive cheer when she was just 3 years old. She cheered at Woodlands Elite in 2018 and attended The USASF World Cheerleading Championships with G.I. Janes! She took a step back from cheer while attending the University of Texas at Austin. Once she graduated, she decided to continue her journey and passion for cheer from a different position. In her free time, she enjoys reading and exploring new places.

She is married to Coach Levi and they have 2 labradors, Gunner and Ladybird. She likes to run with friends and work out. Michelle is the Tiny Tumbler Director and can help your toddler start their cheerleading journey!

Tara isn’t from The Woodlands, but got here as fast as she could in 2008. She has been a lifetime athlete competing in the top levels of dance, gymnastics and cheer since the age of 3. Tara is a proud graduate of Texas State University, cheering on both the Bobcats and University of Kentucky Wildcats during her college career. She spent almost a decade as a UCA high school, college, and international staff, traveling the world and spreading her love of cheer. Tara boasts two beautiful children and the most supportive cheer husband around! She enjoys coaching athletes ages 3 to 18. This multi-time NCA, Major, Cheersport, Jamfest, and World Champion loves to share her passion with classes, lessons, schools, and teams. She is thankful for the opportunity she is given each day with the aWEsome athletes of Woodlands Elite.

He has been at Woodlands Elite since 2014 and takes great pride in seeing all his athletes reach their goals and realize they potential in the sport of cheer. Jamie is one of our Youth and Below Allstar Directors. She has been involved in cheerleading and dance since 1994. Jamie cheered in high school and in college Jamie was a Songleader at Baylor University. She graduated with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology. Jamie has been coaching cheerleading and dance since 2001. Jamie and her husband Michael owned Trilogy Cheer and Dance Company from 2003-2014 at which time they sold to Woodlands Elite. This allowed Jamie to be home and focus on raising their 4 children. In 2019 Jamie decided it was time to get back to her passion of coaching cheer and began to work for Woodlands Elite. Jamie’s true passion is in helping athletes to progress in all aspects of cheer. Her focus is on levels 1-3 where the fundamentals of cheer are taught and a love of the sport begins. Jamie believes that a strong foundation in the fundamentals will set up athletes for success. It sets her heart on fire when athletes gain new skills. Jamie believes the confidence that children gain from learning perseverance and striving towards their goals is priceless.

I have cheered & coached in the Houston cheerleading industry since 1999. I cheered at University of Houston at the age of 17 to 20 years old and then went to cheer at Hawaii Pacific University where I won three NCAA titles from 2005 to 2008. I’ve competed at Daytona for college nationals six times and gone to London with the USA cheer team. I created Karma Returns around 2007 in effort to show the world that cheerleading is “cool”. I love my wife and baby girl, Kai as well as Starbucks, training/teaching skills, fitness and health.

Coach Casey Jo has been at Woodlands Elite since 2004. Her and her husband, Coach Michael, have made their career their ministry. She loves kids of all ages and enjoys all levels. CJ cheered at Trinity Valley, where she was a back to back champion, then moved on to the University of Houston for a year after. She graduated with a degree in Occupational Therapy, but couldn’t walk away from Cheer. She has been married to Coach Michael for 20 years and they have 3 beautiful girls, two on Black Ops and one on Cadets. CJ loves hugs so make sure to stop by anytime for a big squeeze.

Michael has been with Woodlands Elite going on 17yrs. His wife of 20 years and 3 daughters also cheer and work here at the Oak Ridge location. Michael is a All Star coach and tumbling instructor! Although he works with older boys and girls he loves getting to work with the little ones just as much!

D’Andre (aka Coach Dee) has been apart of Woodlands Elite Cheer Company for 8 seasons now. He lives, breathes and sleep cheer. Dee is a 8x NCA Champion, 3x Summit Champion, 1 Bronze and 2 Silver finishes at the Cheerleading Worlds. He always giving 110% to his teams, tumbling classes and private lessons. A few fun facts about Dee. He was born in Florida but mainly raised in Atlanta, Georgia. He’s a huge sports fan. Some of his favorite teams are the Atlanta Hawks, National Champions Georgia Bulldogs and World Series Champions Atlanta Braves. Dee’s father was also Master Sergeant in the Air Force. So Woodlands Elite military theme means a lot to him. He also has an insane shoe collection and most definitely one of the best dressed coaches in the gym! Coach Dee is a fun, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, self driven and competitive coach. Always wanting the best for his athletes and teams. He’s also a lil bit “ShaDee” at times.

Julia grew up with a passion for cheerleading and a love for teaching. She started back in 2003 as an athlete and began her coaching career in 2015. Julia is proud of her achievements of winning NCA collegiate nationals in 2015 with UTA , 2015 worlds silver medalist, and 2022 NCA all star nationals, and can’t wait to add many more in her years at Woodlands Elite! When she is not at the gym she loves to spend her time with her friends and family especially her husband and 3 dogs.

Damion is from Albuquerque, New Mexico and joined Woodlands Elite as a stunt coach in 2019. Damion has cheered at the University of New Mexico as well as Sam Houston State. His most recent accomplishment is become a dog dad to a mini Aussie!! Damion enjoys stunting, hiking, and cooking. He’s currently on NCA staff and is in the process of becoming a certified judge!

Coach Josh has been at Woodlands elite since 2019. His achievements has earned him a prestigious Summit title with SWAT and World championship with Black Ops in 2021. He is also a 6 time National champion in Allstar and College. He recently just graduated from Trinity Valley Community College where he studied kinesiology. When not at the gym josh spends his time watching movies and hanging out with friends.

Cayden has been apart of Woodlands Elite since she was a little girl. She is one of the junior staff. She loves working with the little kids and meeting new friends and athletes. She would say one of her biggest achievements would be winning Majors, NCA, and placing 2nd at the World championships with Woodlands Elite Black Ops!

David has been coached tumbling and competitive cheer since 2000!  He is originally from the Beaumont area where he cheered with Lamar University & competed on a local large coed all-star team.  Coach David has 20+ years in the sport and has a son currently cheering on our very own WECC Gunsmoke!  Both of his sons love playing football and he cooks an amazing gumbo!

Presleigh has grown up at Woodlands Elite since she was a little girl. She is currently a cheerleader at Grand Oaks High School and Woodlands Elite. She loves cheer and could not think of doing another sport.

Taylor has been cheering for 15 years and has spent the past 8 years at Woodlands Elite!  She is a 5 year General having won 8 NCA titles, 4 Summit titles, and 3 wins at The Majors.  She also has 2 Silver Worlds wins with our WECC Generals. She currently attends the University of Houston, working towards a Psychology degree.  She loves teaching kids and helping them develop their passion for cheer!  She loves to see the big smiles on their faces when she helps them succeed!   When she is not at the gym she loves to spend time with her dogs, cats, family, and friends.

Madyson has been at Woodlands since birth and has been a junior staffer since 2019. She is on Woodlands Elite Black Ops and loves working with little kids!

Serena has rejoined the Woodlands Elite family, eager to share her cheerleading passion with her athletes and provide a positive experience. She draws inspiration from the coaches who influenced her during her time as an athlete. Serena holds a place in WE’s history, being a member of the first Woodlands Elite team to bring home a Worlds globe in 2009. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Sam Houston State University, where she also cheered on the All-Girl Cheerleading team. Serena is happily married to her husband, Chris, and has two daughters who are also cheerleaders at Woodlands Elite.

Jess has been with Woodlands Elite since 2007. She excels at coaching school cheer and growing our Basic Training, pre-team program. Jess is also a pediatric physical therapist assistant and a mom. She is an avid sports, health and music enthusiast and loves all things Argentina!

Victorya grew up as an athlete at Woodlands Elite for 7 seasons.  Her passion for cheer was created in the gym that helped build her into the coach she is today.  She has been professionally coaching for 5 years and loves the way the sport continues to evolve. Victorya loves to help athletes grow in all aspects of life whether that’s their personal communication skills, overcoming challenges & certainly becoming a “better them!”  Woodlands Elite is all about teamwork and Victorya is here to help your athlete be their best!

Emma has been cheering since she was 6 years old. Most of her favorite memories come from going to competitions, cheer camps, and even bonding over tough practices. Emma graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Psychology and loves iced coffee and a good movie night.

Hello everyone, my name is Travon James. I’ve been in the cheer industry for over 10 years, and I have a cat named Kitty! His name is actually Christian Dior but he doesn’t answer to that. I love coffee, sneakers and fashion design. My favorite part about coaching cheerleading is the bonds created.

Steven was born and raised in Pflugerville, Texas. He graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2016 with a degree in Mathematics. While at SHSU, he was a part of their cheer team where he won 3 NCA College National Championships (2012, 2013, 2015) and competed in partner stunt. After college, Steven was assistant Cheer Coach at Oak Ridge High School where he helped lead them to a top 3 finish in 6A, Band Chant State Champs at UIL and UCA Super Large Varsity Gameday National Champions. He currently is the head coach at Tomball High School where he has led them to 4 state finals appearances, 3 top 3 finishes in 6A D2, 2 crowd leading state championships, a band chant state championship at UIL, and 2 top ten placements at UCA Nationals in Super Large Varsity Gameday. Steven was also named Texas Girls Coaches Association 5A-6A Cheer coach of the year. He has worked for Woodlands Elite as a stunt coach for the past 7 years. Steven loves his wife, Nicole, teaching athletes new skills, and loving God!

Jeremiah grew up in West Texas where he started cheering at Permian High School in Odessa, Tx. After completing in high school, he went on to cheer at UT-Permian Basin, the University of Houston, and most recently, Sam Houston State University. While in West Texas, he also coached at the local all-star gym, Odessa Extreme. Jeremiah was a part of the Universal Cheerleading Association (UCA) staff for 6 years where he was also a head instructor, choreographer, and judge. Cheerleading has been a passion of his since he started back in high school. Working with athletes in different aspects of cheerleading is what has made him fall in love with the sport. From game day, to all-star, he has been motivated to put athletes first and lead them to where they want to be. Jeremiah is very thankful to be a part of the Woodlands Elite Family and hopes to continue to influence athletes in the most positive way he can.

Nikaela has been with Woodlands Elite for 12 years. This is her third year as a Junior staffer and second year on Generals. She loves working with little kids and athletes to help grow their skills and confidence in cheer. Nikaela would say her greatest accomplishment is being an NCA champion at 6 years old with Woodlands Elite Snipers and making her dream team Generals last year.

Lilly carries a deep-rooted passion for cheerleading. Her journey as a cheerleader ended here at Woodlands Elite. Lilly’s passion led her to explore another captivating world – that of photography and videography. Lilly started making cheer edits when she was 11 years old and picked up her first camera in middle school where she would create videos of her and her teammates cheering. Lilly loves to spend time with her daughter Olive and family. Her aspiration is to show the world what cheer really is!
